Good eats and over 20 taps of the freshest craft beer you can find.

All of our beer is brewed a brisk 55 feet from our taps, and poured directly from our cooler.  You'll find our mainstay core brews, seasonal specialties, guest taps, and even some test brews every once in a while.  We also have some gluten free options like wine and cider.

Tasting Room Hours:  Mon-Thu: 11am to 10pm • Fri-Sat: 11am to Midnight • Sun: Noon to 8pm.

Kitchen closes an hour before Tasting Room closes Mon-Thu & Sun.  Late Night Food Menu in effect Fri & Sat 10pm to Midnight

CHICKEN WINGS

1 pound of locally sourced chicken wings. Served with in-house made  Asiago Cheese Dip.

4 PEPPER HOT

In-house made 4 Pepper Hot Sauce infused with our Blueberry Blast Kettle Sour.

MOSCOW MULE LIME GINGER

In-house sauce made with fresh ginger, garlic, lime zest, and our Moscow Mule Lime Ginger White Ale.

SMOKED SALT & PEPPER

Smoked & Himalayan sea salt with fresh ground black pepper. A fresh take on the OG.

Sourced from local butchers and farms.

5 locally sourced meats and 4 cheeses with in-house pickled onions, pear chutney, olives, and a bacon beer cheese ball with crackers and baguette

Served with Brewer’s Special Popcorn, Chips & Salsa, or a fresh Seasonal Salad.

COMMANDER BEEF DIP

Slow cooked roast beef on a toasted baguette with brown butter and horseradish mayo. Served with Commander Imperial Stout Au Jus for dipping, and fresh coleslaw.

SMOKED TURKEY SANDWICH

Local smoked turkey and bacon crumble with Havarti cheese, beer-infused mustard, pickled onions, fresh apple pear, greens, and Asian infused mayo on COBS sourdough bread

ROASTED CHICKEN CLUB

Oven roasted chicken with bacon crumble, Havarti cheese, onion jam, fresh cucumber, tomato, and mayo on a toasted baguette.

STREET TACOS

Served with 4 Pepper Hot Sauce and in-house made pickled onions by request.

PORK CARNITAS

Pork Carnitas in a corn tortilla with fresh cabbage, tomatoes, and chipotle yogurt. Pork is slow cooked with fresh oranges, jalapeños, and garlic, then browned in its own juices with our Neon Moon Black Lager.

SKILLET FRIED CHICKEN

Skillet fried chicken in a corn tortilla with fresh cabbage, tomatoes, and avocado lime yogurt sauce. Chicken is marinated in fresh peppers, onion, garlic, and spices, and our Steel Toe Lager.
