Spring Brewmaster’s Dinner May 9th.

 

Spring has sprung, and it’s time to enjoy some fresh food and craft beer!

 

We’re hosting our second ever Brewmaster’s Dinner at our Tasting Room Thursday, May 9th. The menu features fresh spring fare paired with some of our spring brews like the Moscow Mule Lime Ginger White Ale and Blueberry Blast Kettle Sour.  Save the date, and your appetite, for our 5 courses craft beer and fresh food pairings.

 

Your ticket includes five courses, each paired with a beer.  The welcome course will come with a 12oz beer, and every course after will come with a 4oz beer.

 

Each pairing is selected carefully by our kitchen and Brewmaster Cole. Cole will be there to guide through each course and brew, giving extra tasting notes along the way. Come on out and celebrate the oncoming summer with some great food and great craft beer!

THE MENU

Features a 12oz welcome beer and four 4oz beers paired with each course.

 

1st Course:

ANTIPASTO ITALIANO

Traditional house-made antipasto infused with our Steel Toe Lager and served with crackers.

Beer Pairing: Fresh Pressed Piña Colada Hazy IPA

 

2nd Course:

GARLIC SPOT PRAWNS

Fresh BC Spot Prawns in a rich garlic, Blanc Wheat Ale, and browned butter sauce. Served with a roll for dipping.

Beer Pairing: Double Cross XX Pale Ale

 

3rd Course:

LEMON DROP CAESAR SALAD

Crisp Caesar Salad with a hand-crafted Lemon Drop Dry Hopped Sour Caesar dressing. Freshly grated parmesan and house-made croutons.

Beer Pairing: Blueberry Blast Kettle Sour

 

4th Course:

SALMON WITH MIXED MUSHROOM & TRUFFLE PASTA.

Fresh caught wild salmon cooked with our Green Magic IPA.  Hand made pasta topped with mixed mushrooms and a truffle, Salt & Pepper Gose, garlic butter. Freshly grated parmesan.

Beer Pairings: Tasting Room Exclusives Salt & Pepper Gose and Test Batch Dank Hazy IPA

 

5th Course:

CREAM CHEESE CARAMEL CARROT CAKE

Fresh baked Carrot Cake topped with rich cream cheese icing and Pineapple Midnight Tropical Porter caramel.

Beer Pairing: Fresh Pressed Piña Colada Hazy IPA
